What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days. Please note that turnaround time maybe longer during holidays and current schedule.
Do you all accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us directly.

Custom Items:
Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom piece. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.
Shipping:
Delivery
All products will be shipped via UPS surepost, please allow 2-8 days for delivery, more around the holidays. The shipping date may vary based on current sales volume. If your order must be delivered by a specific date, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available in Southington, CT only. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
Laser Engraved
Wood Sheet Items:
I noticed an imperfection on my finished good. Why is that?
Each wood sheet is milled down from large pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural real wood.
My finished good is lighter/darker than what's on your website, why is that?
Each engraving will vary depending on the actual wood sheet itself. No wood sheet is exactly alike. Each wood sheet will engrave differently even if it's from the same wood specimen.
Apparel
T-Shirts / Sweatshirts with with 60% or higher Cotton Count:
These shirts will need to be washed inside out and hung dry to avoid shrinking.
T-Shirts with with 90% or higher Polyester Count:
Most of these images will not fade in the wash and does not need to be hung dry after wash. If the shirt has a lower polyester count, the image will fade over time to give a vintage look.
My finished good is lighter/darker than what's on your website, why is that?
PLEASE NOTE, THE PRODUCT CAN VARY DUE TO THE LIGHTING ON THE SCREEN. MOCKUPS ARE ONLY PRE-TAKEN PHOTOS OF A BLANK SHIRT THAT IS LAID ON A BACKGROUND DEISGN. TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA IF WHAT IT COULD LOOK LIKE. OF COURSE LIGHTING IN MOCKUPS ARE PROFESSIONALLY LIT BY A PHOTOGRAPHER SO THEY WILL NOT LOOK THE SAME AS THE ACTUAL SHIRT. MAY BE A LITTLE LIGHTER/DARKER
